Fantastic Stay!!!

The room was large. It had a huge balcony facing the beach. Ladies at the reception were helpful and always available. A luggage porter met me at the pier holding a sign. He delivered my suitcases to the hotel without me even contacting them.

The shower was clogged. Hopefully, it was fixed after my departure. I informed the staff about this minor inconvenience.

i was grateful for the pickup service at the pier, the staff handled our bags. the front desk staff were always polite and helpful. the beach bar was very nice. food and drinks were consistently good.

the shower was not working properly. the shower door did not close completely. the air conditioning stopped working on the final night. all issues were resolved, but i was disappointed to encounter them upon arrival.

The staff was polite and helpful. Our bags were delivered from the pier directly to the hotel which was convenient. The hotel arranged boat tours. We found the location amazing for a relaxed vacation and a quiet atmosphere.

The pool looked a little dirty but nothing too concerning.
